Energy
When we think about the resources available to us, typically we come up with the following:
- Cash
- Connections
- Time
There’s one more resource which I frequently fail to consider: Energy.
There are some things in business which are completely draining. They leave you on your knees, wondering why on earth you decided to get in business in the first place. By contrast, other things are energizing - they increase your motivation and satisfaction.
As you optimize your business, don’t forgot to make sure you include energy as one of the parameters.
